Rhythmic Adaption is a method that I have employed since 1992 while working with New School University Jazz and Contemporary music students. It focuses on personal musicianship, ensemble performance, posture, balance and rejuvenation.

Each culture has an historic drum that connects its oldest folk traditions and music to a source greater than the individual. Striking, vibration, and rhythm allow many feelings to pass, some for dance, and some for trance, and some for both dance and trance.
